Dennis the Bellboy is really attentive & friendly! The most incredible trait is how he memorizes the guests’s names! Recommend the hotel & friendly staff! Isabel also helps with the tours and excellent packages! Will definitely come back and will be asking for the same staff because I know they will give me the best service!

Hyatt Ziva Riviera is a family ALL INCLUSIVE resort. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend for couples or family. The STAFF are top notch and really want you to have a great time. The only issue is the beach is not the best and for that they have 9 swimming pools. We enjoyed the French restaurant the most the Italian second. Everyone seems to like the Asian spot but we are from LA so we know what’s up. The service here is fantastic and friendly.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Carlos who treated us with snacks and refreshing drinks. He took us for a tour of the property and to our room. The rooms were spacious. They had connecting doors and because we were celebrating our anniversary, they had chocolate treats in both rooms with chocolate covered strawberries.
