The staff at the hotel are the BEST! They make you feel like family, get you interested in activities and really take very good care of you. All staff are wonderful but exceptional are Ana and Alexander. These two worked so hard to make our stay pleasant and truly went over and above what you might expect.

Where to start?? My take away was the very very bestest grilled salmon in the Lola Beach restaurant! OMG!!! The staff, Jose Marie, Alexander, Nicole, Bianca, Ania, pool activities, , Rafael, Emma the pool towel girl, diesel and Martin are just the ones that seriously stole my heart 💓

The food at every restaurant is really good! I read other reviews indicating that this is a smaller resort, but it was perfect & so much fun for our group! Miguel was the best server, and Anna & Sandi were great pool entertainers! We loved going to the coffee shop throughout the day.
