    The entertainment staff team was the highlight of this vacation. Joyce, Vale, Brayan, Valeria, Cristo, and Rolfi were all fantastic. Whether it was archery with Joyce, Vale, and Valeria, playing tennis with Cristo, ping pong or beach volleyball with Rolfi, learning Latin dances with Brayan, or even just stopping by the entertainment booth to chat with any one of them, I was always tremendously entertained.

    I've come here many times in the last 10 years. The view and facilities are great. The restaurants change now and then, but I have had some magnificent meals here. And the staff is particularly great. This time Victor the bellman, Gilberto the beach waiter, the two women at Coco's Cafe and -- at the front office -- Denise and Patricia all gave me incredible service.

    this vacation was honestly one of the best i’ve ever had. the staff was incredible, especially Rolfi, Joyce, Valeria, Brayan, and Jonathan. the entertainment is incredible with a variety of activities every day. the food is great, my favorite restaurant was Portifino. all in all, there was amazing service and I will definitely be back again!
