Many things contributed to the 5* .cleanliness of the entire resort,rooms pools etc...Amazing staff throughout the hotel especially Daniela in Oceana Restaurant, Gabriel at the beach bar, Glodis in the Cafe as well as many many others always willing to help with smiles and humour. Entertainment was entirely appropriate focussing on local culture etc

The staff was great, Sayass, victor, Enrique, yeisson were especially great extremely accommodating. That is to really just name a few so many people here made sure I never had to lift and finger to go anything. I will be returning and i never go to the same resort twice.

Entertainment team was great and very entertaining and helpful , Johnatan ,Jenny and Ari has Ben very attentive to our need . The food was very delicious and the. Bartender from the pool bar named Juan D and bartender from the lobby named victor is very attentive !
