    This was a very nice place to vacation. I would do a trip to Tulum, and Chitiniza. I would also recommend paying extra to stay on the 7th floor. Many had mentioned the food was not great but our experience was that the food was very good.

    This was our 25th anaversuery trip. We did not originally plan to visit Cancun. We were planning on going to Hawaii but we booked too late. First time in Mexico for both of us. We did not expect such good service and the staff and travel guides were all so nice and helpful.

    Great place for families with kids. Love the Explorer's kids club. Our four year old girl loved the Kids club as well. They took care of her and she had so much fun. Great service and friendly staff. Food is good and lots to choose from. We stayed in the Dolphin view room and it was spacious and beautiful.
