Amazing! The service and workers were amazing and so kind. I especially like Bella California ( the restaurant). Walker was amazing and he was very caring and nice. Also Rodrigo was an amazing and funny guy and he is an amazing performer. He is in the entertainment staff and he makes the activities fun and exciting.

We had an amazing trip, thanks to the attentive staff members. Hector, our beach waiter, was absolutely wonderful! He was friendly and always on point with his service. We had a fantastic time mainly because of some amazing staff members!! Andres in the breakfast restaurant, Espinoza (Espi) from the beach and pool area, and Alejandro from the beach. These guys were amazing and helped us in anyway they could. I also really enjoyed the towel lady by the pool. The resort is nice and the rooms are comfortable.
